I don't care if I sound like a commercial...

I've lost 11 pounds in almost 2 weeks on Nutrisystem!

And I'm eating all the food I crave, and then some. Some of my faves so far have been Chicken Cacciatore, Southwest Chicken Breast w Rice, Beef Tacos, and the Fudge Graham bar.

I have never been hungry. I know, it's expensive. But I figure I will not have to stay on for an extended period. I've already started experimenting with cooking stuff that meets the requirements.

I am psyched. I can already start to tell the difference and people at work have asked me if I've lost weight.

Just imagine what I could do if I exercised. Yikes I'm lazy.

I lost 8 pounds this week. And that's a conservative number based on the few different sets of scales I have been using.

AND I haven't been exercising at all.

So, a friend at work and I were talking about the fact that I need to exercise, and he said that he and his wife have this treadmill they haven't used since they moved from a cold weather place to here and it is like the kind that has the computer and programs and inclines automatically and stuff so he may be giving it to me. But I'm afraid to get my hopes up. Yikes!!

sorry for the time lapse since last time.i really hate it when real life interrupts computer time.

As of today I still can't say anything negative about this diet. While some of the food is delicious, some is blah. There is nothing yet that was so gross I couldn't eat it. My favorite dinner so far has been the Southwestern Chicken- a big ole chicken breast with beans and rice in an enchilada type sauce. In addition to that you get a biggggg salad and 2 veggie servings.I was literally stuffed. I don't think I've ever been able to say that about a diet.
Than you get a dessert.

I have been venturing into the Nutrisystem chat areas and bulletin boards and gleaning some info there on other resources and suggestions. More on that at a later date.

I like the variety of foods and having such a wide choice of options. I'm going to get into a exercise routine this week!

B- coconut nutri- o's cereal with banana, milk, coffee
L- deeeeeelicious spicy oriental noodles. it was something i would want to eat- like oodles of noodles w veggies, salad, diet soda. i confess to not eating the fruit- i didnt have time
Snack- yogurt w splenda
D- beef tips with gravy and vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, h20


all food was good today. no exercise

I have not yet had the urge to gorge myself on chocolate.

and that is a good thing.

Today's Food-
B- Frosted mini wheat, banana, milk, coffee
Diet soda
L-Beefaroni stuff, Wendy's side salad which I did not eat bc i got Fat Free French dressing and it literally made me gag, 1/4 cup raisins, and diet soda
Snack- Turkey, milk
D- Spinach cheese ravioli- good!, salad w/ balsamic, cooked spinach, h20
Dessert- Chocolate macadamia nut biscotti

Exercise: Did the 1 mile walk workout tape.

Have noticed that as soon as I start feeling hungry it's time to eat which is good. One of my major problems is skipping meals then overeating.

Drinking the 64 oz of water is an issue bc of having to be in the classroom. I can't leave to peepee. Yikes!

i can't believe it's another blog.

I want somewhere to post without boring the readers of 2wildmonkeys or dominating the bloggerbiggest loser blog with alot of stuff.

Today as you know was the first Nutrisystem day. It was a whole lot better than I expected, both tastewise and hungerwise.

Breakfast- Bran cereal, splenda, banana, milk, coffee.

Diet Soda, Water

Lunch-Chicken Noodle Soup, Side saladw/ light dressing, soda

Snack- Cheetos things

Dinner- Chicken Noodle Casserole, Stir fried fresh veggies, and salad w balsamic. Iced tea

Dessert- Fudge Cake thing

Did not exericse today but I'm gonna start in the morning if I can make myself get up early enough.

Nothing extremely negative to report- but hey give me time.

Also, I need to change this template into something jazzier.
